How we may be compensated

No upfront fee is charged to submit an inquiry. Loredom may receive compensation from third parties — for example, referral fees from buyers or data acquisition programs — for qualifying introductions or completed partnerships. Where relevant, we will tell you before an introduction that a referral arrangement exists.

Introductions are manual and consent-based

We identify any specific prospective buyer to you before sharing your information, and only share it if you have agreed. Buyers independently determine eligibility, assess data, and negotiate terms directly with the authorized asset holder.

Loredom does not guarantee valuations, offers, or licensing payments. All opportunities are subject to buyer evaluation and applicable data ownership, confidentiality, privacy, and licensing restrictions.
